Manufactured News As Smoke Screens to Cover Up Real News
or why the hell is Jason Aldean's song suddenly national news?
There was a lot of real news this past week, yet virtually the only thing I have seen pushed by the mainstream outlets is liberal outrage over a song by Jason Aldean called 'Try That In A Small Town.'
I am not going to get into an analysis of the song other to say that I agree with the lyrics and do not think it is racist or incites violence at all. What this song is talking about are what used to be celebrated American values for everyone, all races and all sizes of cities and towns. Neighborhoods in big cities are essentially small towns, or used to be.
The video clips represent why I try to completely stay away from big cities these days and wouldn't go to a place like Portland or San Francisco if my life depended on it, no pun intended. I used to love big cities.
If you haven't seen the video or listened to the song yet, here it is. Decide for yourself rather than listen to the mainstream media that is condemning it.
The song came out in May, so why almost three months later is it suddenly controversial and being panned by every liberal brand of media in the United States? Not that it should have been an issue in May, but the timing is just a bit suspicious.
Anytime something negative about the Biden administration comes out, there are smoke screen stories that suddenly hit all across all mainstream media designed to take our attention off the real news of the day. You can set your watch on it, assuming you still have a watch that requires setting.
I recall when Clinton was facing impeachment and the smokescreen story that week was him bombing Iraq for no valid reason. It was so crazy I still have the newspaper from the day that happened. The president bombed a country, killed people and destroyed property to help bury a story negative to him. That takes some serious balls and hubris. In those days, at least the media still reported on the impeachment. Here is the headline from The State, Columbia, South Carolina, on December 17, 1998. How soon we forget.
The Biden family scandals have been coming out for some time now, starting in earnest perhaps with the NY Post's story about the now infamous Hunter Biden laptop. Numerous investigative journalists in the fall of 2020, prior to the presidential election, confirmed that it was authentic, including Glenn Greenwald. Yet the FBI coerced all the social media sites to censor it and a group of 51 so-called intelligence experts issued a letter that it was Russian disinformation.
Most of the signers of the letter had never seen the laptop and just went along with the politically motivated action orchestrated by a Biden campaign manager. This censorship possibly skewed election results and I would call this US government interference in an election. I don't see US interference as any better than Russian interference. Or any other interference.
Back to now. Last week we received a couple of what clickbait headlines would call BOMBSHELL information. And, of course, the mainstream media is not covering it to any extent, but are instead fixated on a country song. Some journalists are covering it, like Matt Taibbi, Michael Schellenberger, the already mentioned Glenn Greenwald, and others. But, these journalists aren't part of the club and are dismissed out of hand.
Just in case you haven't heard, these bombshells include possible proof of $5 million bribes to both Hunter Biden and his Dad from Burisma for Joe Biden getting a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma fired. Biden has bragged about it publicly. There is enough evidence to investigate these allegations. Imagine if this were Trump. It should be HUGE news.
Then we have credible IRS whistleblowers saying that they were ham stringed by their chain of commands when attempting to investigate Hunter Biden. Again, imagine if this were Donald Trump Jr. All hell would have broken loose in the rush to find out every wrong thing he ever did, including jaywalking.
Welcome to the new world, where the double standards are now completely out in the open. And the many people who get their news from the Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, New York Times, and many others are probably not even aware of these revelations.
But they sure as hell know that Jason Aldean is a racist promoter of violence who wrote a terrible song with terrible video clips. His completely accurate and good song is now as evil as Hitler, or Trump, in the eyes of many who have no brains to think for themselves.
Pretty sad, Here is another great song that Democrats didn't like. Enjoy.
